FAQ - Vegan Diet Start

I get asked a lot where to start a vegetarian or vegan diet and how to make healthy changes.. start working out for example. I grew up vegetarian and got a lot of education regarding nutrition etc from my mum (she's a certified dietary consultant), read a ton of books and been heavily interested into scientific research/studies for the last 20 years and tried a lot of different approaches on myself.. but it's hard for me to remember how to actually START from scratch.

So I asked my very fit friend (killer abs, dude!) Dave from Heavy Metal Merchant (yes, he runs the kick-ass Arch Enemy AU web store) what he'd recommend.. He turned vegan a while ago. This is his reply:

"Looking at my bookshelf right now I would recommend:

All of BRENDAN BRAZIER’s books
